Among the characteristics that our devices can host are closed-loop servo-valves adopted for injection, recovery, plasticization (performed by a properly designed screw with multiple threads), mold clamping and ejection, which enable the machine to react fast and precisely to PLC signals.
Plasticization time is removed from the cycle time, because it takes place concurrently with injection pressure holding and cooling. A 3-position take-out plate aids extended post-mold cooling, which saves around 30% of the total in-mold cooling time, shortening preform molding cycle time.
Multiple differential circuit mechanisms are used for the hydraulic control of the machine, reducing energy consumption during the circulation of hydraulic oil. Separate electric motors for mold clamping and plasticization allow for individual motor running, thus saving energy during debugging.
